IRU Shield and related brand assets, interface designs, software components, documentation, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
1. Ownership
Except for customer-owned content and third-party rights, IRU Shield retains all rights, title, and interest in the service, including updates, software, analytics methods, design systems, and related materials.
2. Brand use
You may not use IRU Shield names, marks, logos, or distinctive branding in a way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or origin without written permission.
