This section explains how hosting region choices, backups, support flows, and global service architecture may affect where information is stored or accessed.
1. Regional deployment
Depending on available infrastructure and customer plan, IRU Shield may support selected hosting regions for primary service delivery. Some operational data, support records, security telemetry, or backup copies may still be processed across regions for resilience, fraud prevention, or incident response unless otherwise agreed in writing.
